About Monty
By 2019, Monty was in a rented house in Flower Mound, Texas that he couldn’t qualify to buy. Three young kids. Emily holding the business together. A two-hundred-thousand-dollar-a-year burn against one or two loans a month. He had walked away from a steady corporate paycheck, certain he’d be one of the mortgage guys making millions. Instead, he was quietly drowning.
