What this site is not
It is not a loan offer. Nothing here is an offer to lend, a commitment to lend, a pre approval, a rate quote, or an invitation to apply.
It is not advice about your situation. The book, the course, and the articles are educational. They describe what worked for one person over one career in one market. They are not financial, legal, tax, career, or investment advice, and they are not a substitute for someone who knows your circumstances.
It is not a job offer. Discussion of building a business or leading a team is not an offer of employment, a franchise, or a business opportunity.
Your account
Access to the book and course is free, and it is personal to you.
Sign in works by sending a code to your email address. Keep access to that inbox, and do not pass your sign in links to anyone else.
Do not share, sell, or transfer your access. Do not create an account using someone else's identity.
We can suspend or withdraw access at any time, for any reason, and we do not have to explain why. In practice this happens for one reason: redistributing the content.
What belongs to whom
The book, the course videos, the transcripts, the articles, the photographs, the brand marks, and the design of this site belong to Monty Felts or his licensors.
You get a personal, non transferable, revocable licence to read, watch, and use them for your own professional development. That is the whole of what you get. The full detail is in the Book and Course Terms.
Company logos shown on this site are the trademarks of their owners. Their presence does not imply that those companies endorse, sponsor, or are affiliated with Monty Felts.
What you agree not to do
Copy, republish, resell, or redistribute the book or the videos.
Use the material to run a paid course, a training programme, or a coaching offer, without written permission. If you want to use it with your team, ask. The answer is often yes.
Scrape the site, or use automated tools to pull content from it.
Attempt to reach parts of the site you have not been given access to.
Upload anything unlawful, misleading, or abusive through the forms.
Use the site to send unsolicited commercial messages.
Anything you send us
If you send a question, a comment, or a suggestion, you keep ownership of it, but you give us permission to read it, act on it, and respond to it. Do not send confidential information or anything about your own financial position through a web form. It is not a secure channel and it is not the right place for it.
If you send an idea and we later do something similar, you agree that no obligation is created by that. We may already have been working on it.
Results
Nothing on this site guarantees any outcome. The figures described are Monty's own, and they are not typical. Read the Earnings and Results Disclaimer, which is a real part of these terms and not an afterthought.

Availability
The site is provided as it is. We do not promise it will always be available, always be free of errors, or always be free of interruption.
Limits on liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, neither Monty Felts nor Disciple Marketing LLC is liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or the material on it, including lost profits or lost business.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to one hundred dollars (USD 100), which reflects the fact that everything on this site is provided free of charge.
Nothing here limits liability for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Indemnity
If your misuse of this site or its content causes a claim against us, you agree to cover the reasonable cost of dealing with it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Denton County, Texas, and both sides agree to that.
Changes
These terms can change. The date at the top will change with them. Continuing to use the site after a change means accepting the new version.
