What you are given
When you sign up, you get an advance copy of Lending Unleashed and access to the twenty four video companion course.
There is no charge. What you get is a licence to use them, which is personal to you, cannot be transferred to anyone else, and can be withdrawn.
You do not acquire ownership of anything. The book, the videos, the transcripts, the articles, and the artwork remain the property of Monty Felts or his licensors, and are protected by copyright.
What you can do
Read the book, as many times as you like.
Watch the course, in any order, as often as you like.
Apply every idea in it to your own business, without restriction and without credit. Ideas are meant to be used. That is the entire point of the book.
Quote short passages in your own writing or speaking, with attribution to Monty Felts and Lending Unleashed.
Recommend it to anyone by sending them to montyfelts.com, where they can get their own copy free.
What you cannot do
Send the PDF to other people. Send them the link instead. It costs them nothing.
Upload the book or the videos anywhere. That includes file sharing services, a company intranet, a learning management system, a private group, or a shared drive.
Resell, licence, or bundle the material into anything of your own, paid or unpaid.
Run the course as training for a team, a branch, or an organisation, without written permission.
Use the content as the basis of a paid course, a coaching programme, or a mastermind.
Remove copyright notices, or present the material as your own.
Use the material, or any part of it, to train a machine learning model.
About using it with your team
This is worth saying properly rather than hiding it in a list.
If you lead a team, a branch, or a company and you want to run this course with your people, the answer is very likely yes. Monty wrote it for exactly those people. What is not wanted is the material being copied and circulated with his name coming off it, or someone charging for a course he gives away.

Withdrawal of access
Access can be withdrawn at any time. In practice this happens for one reason, which is redistribution.
If access is withdrawn, the licence ends and you must stop using any copy you hold.

Course videos are streamed and require a working internet connection. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, and the course may change, be updated, or be taken down.
