About Monty
By 2019, Monty was renting a house in Flower Mound, Texas because he couldn’t qualify to buy. Three young kids. Emily helping to hold the business together. Burning $200,000 a year in expenses while doing 1 or 2 loans a month. He had walked away from a steady corporate paycheck, certain he’d be one of the mortgage guys making millions. Instead, he was quietly drowning.
